egg-citing Easter...

Good to see everyone. Hope you all had a good Easter. Ours was great. Once again the Easter Bunny didn't let us down. Hunt got tons of goodies. He was very excited to see the Easter basket filled with all sorts of toys and sweets. We had lunch Saturday with our second family the "S's". They are some of the best people that you could meet. We enjoyed ham, au gratin potatoes, green beans and rolls. It tasted wonderful. Hubs had to work this Sat.(normally has the day off). Then Sunday we had lunch at hub's parent's house. Our Easter lunch was a bit different than the norm. We stuffed our faces to chicken spaghetti, carrots, and rolls. Hunt got MORE Easter goodies from Grandma and Papa as well as aunt M and uncle D. We got to see Hunt's cousin which was a joy. He's a cutie. And afterwards we ran over to my cousins to let Hunt hunt eggs with the kiddos. It was good to see everyone on this fine holiday.

Friday Hunt and I dyed Easter eggs. All and all it turned out pretty good. With a 3year old you just never know. Mommy was lazy so Saturday we baked "store bought, ready to bake cookies". Normally I like to make homemade eats, but I wasn't in the mood. Hunt got to decorate them with sprinkles. He's such a big help.

Tidbit...(Secrets:kept from, or acting without, the knowledge of others.) Am I the only one that thinks it's rude for people to whisper secrets to each other while others can see. I mean it's obvious that these people are "talking" about people that are near by and don't want them to hear their little gossip. If you gotta do it, be MORE discrete! You could get people upset, POed or even hurt feeling!
