Today was an uneventful day. We didn't have anything to do so we just hung out here at home. In a way it was nice. The most exciting thing Hunt and I did was make a homemade pizza for lunch(snuck in some carrot puree in the sauce). It turned out pretty good.
I was looking through some photos of Zoe from when we first got her. She has grown SO much!

the day we got Zoe...Dec 3, 2007...giving Hunt a push...
Tomorrow I hope to take her to the doggie park since it's been several weeks since she's been. This will be only her 4th time to go. She has a BIG issue with jumping on Hunt. I don't know if it's the excitement or what but she knocks him down and then he starts in crying and it's chaos from then on. She out weighs him now by a little bit. She's just as ornery as Hunt most the time. It's comical to watch Hunt and Zoe play tug-of-war with her rope or duck. She ends up dragging him across the floor. He just gets up and goes back for more...like that saying "when you fall off your horse, get back up and ride again"(something like that). Oh and joy today...I caught her drinking out of the toilet in our master bedroom. Why do dogs do that? It's not like they don't have a bowl of nice clean water in the kitchen to quench their thirst. Maybe they like that the toilets are higher than their bowls. Not as far to stretch their necks...lazy. And a little gross. I recon that's why they are called "animals". They just don't have to care about these important things. I remember when we had our Blueberry. When she was younger she would eat poop. Not just hers, but sometimes other animals as well. We asked a vet once why dogs do that to which we got the answer...because they want to...well duh!!! We knew that much. It didn't take a DVM degree to figure that out!
Ask My 3 Year Old:
What does daddy do at work?
Hunt:Daddy picks up tools.(maybe he meant fools instead of tools)
