Ok, so here's Hunt's birthday day -February 3rd-! He had school that day, but a field trip was planned. The class went to Let's Jump, a jump house place in Keller. All the kids had a blast! They enjoyed pizza and we brought cupcakes to celebrate his special day!
Here are the cupcakes. I made french vanilla cupcakes with butter cream icing. I sprinkled chocolate sprinkles on top to look like mud/dirt and stuck in Monster truck and race flag picks I made. They turned out cute and tasted yummy!

It was a busy day, but it didn't end there...
When the three of us got home daddy wasn't feeling well. He decided to stay home and go to the Dr and asked me if I wanted him to make an appointment for me to. Well, since I had been sick for over a week...AGAIN...I decided to go to. So an hour and a half later the 4 of us were at Care Now. Me having strep(oh great!) and hubs with sinusitis and upper respiratory junk it was a good thing we went. And luckily Emma was still on her meds from the ear infection which kept her from getting sick from mama!...UGH!!!! Luckily Hunt stayed well through through it all. What a way to spend part of your birthday huh?! And with his party coming up that Saturday...thank goodness!!!
